Position Overview:

As an HR Officer, you will be instrumental in overseeing essential HR functions, ranging from talent acquisition to advisory responsibilities. This position provides significant flexibility, primarily allowing remote work with minimal office presence required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Facilitate the recruitment process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • HR Advisory Services: Offer guidance on HR matters and provide basic employee relations support.
  • Training Management: Coordinate and manage training initiatives and organizational events.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure the accuracy and compliance of HR records and databases in accordance with established policies.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in human resources.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships across various levels.
  • Proactive mindset with effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • CIPD certification or equivalent experience is advantageous.
