The Role: Contracts Administrator - Food & Non-Food
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic Buying Administration team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of products from negotiation to store shelves.
Your Responsibilities:
- Draft and finalize contracts for a wide range of food and non-food items, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to obtain essential product and pricing information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage the flow of supplier data and documentation through our internal systems, maintaining meticulous records and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners, keeping them informed about contract updates and potential changes.
- Contribute to process improvements within the department, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
