Purchasing Contracts Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our Buying Administration team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contracts for Food Own Label, Branded, Fresh Produce & Non-Food items, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks within agreed deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Write contracts for various product categories, maintaining high standards of quality and adhering to business deadlines.
- Coordinate with Buyers and Suppliers to obtain supplier & product data, confirming prices and ensuring data accuracy.
- Manage and maintain Lidl purchasing systems, ensuring data quality and resolving queries efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and meeting business critical deadlines.
- Support suppliers and stakeholders with department-related requests, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Previous administration experience in an office environment, with a strong understanding of contract management principles.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident approach to interacting with colleagues at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
