Job Summary:
Mitchell Maguire is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Cable Management Solutions division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through the development and execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field sales position selling a wide range of high-quality manufactured steel and plastic cable management products to M&E contractors/installers, end-users, consultants, and specifiers.
- 50% of your time will be spent selling directly to customers, while the remaining 50% will be focused on stimulating demand and pulling orders through our dedicated distribution partner, CEF.
- Targeted to turnover circa £3m.
- Manage CEF groups to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Gain commission through new business sales and building on existing accounts.
Requirements:
- Must have external sales experience, with a background in selling switchgear or related electrical products.
- Must be driven and self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently.
- Personable, team player, people person, driven, and enthusiastic.
