Sales Operations Manager - Office Based

Compensation: Competitive salary plus company bonus

A leading clothing consultancy specializing in corporate branding is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to oversee a dedicated team. This position encompasses two primary responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Directing a team of two, including sales and administrative staff, while upholding company standards and ensuring timely processing of orders to meet client expectations.

Client Relations: Managing existing client accounts to deliver exceptional service, fostering client retention, and addressing sales inquiries from current customers.

This role emphasizes client satisfaction and retention, with no requirement for new business development or cold calling, as these tasks are handled by the field sales team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years in a sales leadership or management role, with a strong understanding of account management.
  • Experience in the retail sector, particularly in the personalized clothing industry, is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with client success or customer success roles is beneficial.
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the office.
  • Possession of a valid driving license is essential.

In return, the Sales Operations Manager will have the autonomy to lead the office team, manage key client accounts, and participate in recruitment as the team grows, reporting directly to the managing director.
