Position Overview:

The Facilities Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the performance of facilities management services, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and organizational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of facilities services to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial performance, ensuring services are delivered within budget and contractual obligations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop service teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Formulate and implement budgets and business strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Promote services effectively to foster new business opportunities.
  • Handle HR-related matters in collaboration with the HR Manager, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Lead service delivery and maintain excellent customer relations.
  • Ensure cost-effective management of supply chain operations.
  • Supervise subcontracted services, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and conduct regular service reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH and Risk Assessments.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess NVQ Level 3 Mechanical qualifications and demonstrate strong leadership experience, preferably within the healthcare sector. A commitment to delivering exceptional service and managing operational performance is essential.
