Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing first- and second-line technical support to our organization's user base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment
  • Manage the starter/leaver process, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding of new employees
  • Monitor and maintain the security of our IT infrastructure, including firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures
  • Participate in IT project work, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in Windows 7-10, hardware, and software support
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, 365 Administration, and other relevant technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Right to work in the UK and ability to commute to our central Cambridge office
