Experienced Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support our students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and challenging behaviour. While formal qualifications aren't necessary, experience in working with children with additional needs is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with SEN and behavioural challenges.
- Assist in implementing tailored educational plans.
- Help create a safe and encouraging learning atmosphere.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with students.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure every child is supported.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN and challenging behaviour.
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for helping every child achieve their potential.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
