About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support our students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and challenging behaviour.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our experienced teachers and therapists to provide individualized support to students, helping them to overcome their challenges and achieve their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN and behavioural challenges.
  • Assist in implementing tailored educational plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Help create a safe and encouraging learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure every child receives the support they need to succeed.
