KS2 Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a large Primary School in Preston. As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Year 5 class teacher and providing exceptional support to pupils with SEN and challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Year 5 class teacher in delivering high-quality education to pupils.
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with SEN and challenging behaviour.
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and implementation.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 qualification in teaching or a related field.
  • Experience working with pupils with SEN and challenging behaviour.
  • Strong behaviour management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
