This position is ideal for an individual aspiring to take on the role of Product Manager for a vital, high-visibility delivery initiative. You will be responsible for defining the vision of the future product, establishing the strategy, and crafting user stories with a strong focus on customer needs.
The role will engage you with multiple facets of the organization, external contractors, and our technology partners. It places you at the heart of a project that aligns with the strategic goals of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
The Product Manager will provide expert insights, guidance, and recommendations on this essential project, collaborating closely with project leaders, business analysts, operations, and other domain experts. You will formulate and implement detailed plans and roadmaps that align with business objectives while ensuring that the project enhances the customer experience.
The successful candidate will stay informed about market trends, technological advancements, and competitive dynamics, offering thought leadership on emerging trends and best practices. You will participate in various projects and initiatives, sharing your expertise to help team members enhance their skills and capabilities.
You will support the achievement of positive customer outcomes through all activities and deliverables, enabling the organization to act in good faith towards customers, mitigate foreseeable risks, and empower our clients to achieve their financial goals.
Desired Skills and Experience:
In-depth knowledge of Bonds, investments, and/or with-profits funds, along with market trends. Strong stakeholder management abilities. Capacity to prioritize competing demands and make informed decisions. Technical understanding of regulatory considerations. Financial qualifications (CISI, CII, or equivalent) are advantageous.Benefits of the Role:
