Elite Care Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Registered Manager to lead and grow our Domiciliary Care service in Rugby.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high-quality care standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business plans to achieve growth and expansion targets
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations
- Manage customer relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets

- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
