Job Title: Senior Registered Manager

Elite Care Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Registered Manager to lead and grow our Domiciliary Care service in Rugby.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a strong customer base
  • Manage complaints and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Create a positive work environment that attracts and retains top talent
  • Maintain compliance with CQC standards and regulations
  • Oversee the safety and quality of services provided
  • Lead a team of experienced care professionals
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a domiciliary care setting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards
  • Full UK driving licence with a car
