Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a strong customer base
- Manage complaints and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Create a positive work environment that attracts and retains top talent
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and regulations
- Oversee the safety and quality of services provided
- Lead a team of experienced care professionals
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a domiciliary care setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards
- Full UK driving licence with a car
- 5% of company shares after two years (subject to performance targets)
- 28 days holiday (including public holidays)
- Pension package
