Relief Receptionist and Centre Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Relief Receptionist and Centre Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for all visitors, tenants, and potential tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, tenants, and potential tenants
- Handle incoming calls and emails, schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage office supplies and maintain an organised reception area
- Show potential tenants around the building and services offered
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, tenants, and suppliers
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Warm and welcoming personality
- Ability to multi-task effectively and work well under pressure
- Experience working in a property, hotel, customer service or similar environment
