Job Title: Restaurant Operations and Training Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Restaurant Operations and Training Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network of third-party delivery kitchens.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard and train new franchisees, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to cook our brands to perfection.
  • Conduct regular site checks, providing expert guidance to help franchisees improve their cooking techniques and accuracy.
  • Support customers and resolve site issues promptly, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to analyze site performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize sales.
  • Travel extensively (80% of the time) to visit kitchens, meet with franchisees, and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 1-4 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality role, preferably as a General Manager or similar.
  • A passion for learning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with franchisees, customers, and colleagues.
  • Fluency in English and the right to work in the UK is essential.
