Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at APEXX Global. As a key member of our customer operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our merchants, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.

About the Role

  • Provide top-notch support to merchants, addressing their technical queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform thorough investigations on technical issues, utilizing your expertise and available tools to identify and resolve problems.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including Product, Implementation, and Tech, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive knowledge base, documenting best practices and solutions for internal and external use.
  • Participate in incident management, communicating effectively with affected merchants and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external merchants.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Experience working with APIs, ticketing systems, and other technical tools.
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills, with knowledge of MySQL, Snowflake, or Postgres.
