Job Responsibilities

Main Duties

  • Deliver high-quality patient care through face-to-face, telephone, video, and online consultations.
  • Refer patients to other organizations as clinically indicated.
  • Action correspondence and clinical letters.
  • Review and act on test results.
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with patients' needs and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records.
  • Conduct reports and medicals.
  • Participate in QOF and local contract work as agreed.

About the Role

This salaried GP position offers a fixed workload, minimal clinical administration, and home visits. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, dieticians, diabetes specialist nurses, paramedics, clinical pharmacists, physician associates, and social prescribers.
