Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse patient caseload, addressing a wide array of health concerns within a primary care framework, and ensuring the highest quality of care for all patients. Responsibilities will align with NHS GP Contracts and may evolve as services develop.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting face-to-face and telephone consultations.
  • Participating in duty doctor coverage.
  • Engaging in online consultations and managing documentation.

As an autonomous practitioner, you will deliver exceptional medical services to our varied patient population while adhering to GMS contract requirements and GMC standards for exemplary medical practice.

Essential Experience

Required

  • Proven experience in UK General Practice.
  • Familiarity with working alongside vulnerable populations and understanding reporting protocols.
  • Insight into the NHS framework and the challenges it faces.

Preferred

  • Experience in delivering clinical audits.
  • Proficiency with EMIS Web and AccuRx systems.
  • Knowledge of GMS contracts, Enhanced Services, and QOF.

Qualifications

Required

  • GMC Registration, not subject to suspension.
  • Qualified General Practitioner status.
  • Registration on the National Performers List.
  • Eligibility to practice within the UK.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
