Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Salaried General Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload, providing medical care and services to our patients, and contributing to the development of our healthcare services.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a clinical caseload and provide medical care and services to patients
- Conduct surgery and telephone consultations, home visits, and administer medications as needed
- Develop and implement care plans, provide counseling and health education, and refer patients to other healthcare providers as necessary
- Record clear and contemporaneous consultation notes and collect data for audit purposes
- Prescribe medications in accordance with our practice's formulary and guidelines
- Comply with all relevant practice policies, guidelines, and regulations, including confidentiality, data protection, and health and safety
- Contribute to the evaluation and audit of our healthcare services and participate in clinical standard setting
Requirements
- Experience as a Salaried General Practitioner or Primary Care Physician
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment
