Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salaried General Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload and providing medical care and services to our practice population.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse range of health needs, including surgery and telephone consultations, home visits, and administration.
  • Comply with the practice's contracts, GMS enhanced services, and the education and training of junior/trainee clinical staff.
  • Develop and implement care plans, provide counseling and health education, and screen patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness.
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with the practice's prescribing formulary and maintain accurate and contemporaneous consultation notes.
  • Contribute to evaluation, audit, and clinical standard setting within the organization.

Requirements

  • Highly skilled and motivated Salaried General Practitioner with a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork.
  • Ability to manage a diverse range of health needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and contemporaneous consultation notes and comply with the practice's contracts and policies.
