We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Salaried General Practitioner to join our vibrant team at Andover Medical Centre. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary care to our diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting
- Deliver outstanding patient care while collaborating with our team
- Develop care plans, offer health education, and maintain accurate records
- Prescribe in accordance with the practice prescribing formulary
- Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Experience in General Practice as a General Practitioner
- Understanding of Patient Demand in deprived areas
- Understanding of Clinical Governance
- Experience in Chronic Disease Management
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- Ability to work flexibly and with uncertainty in a developing and changing environment
