About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team at Fawkes and Reece. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our retirement communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and stakeholders to identify sales opportunities and close deals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless sales processes and customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our retirement communities and products
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and value proposition to effectively communicate with customers and prospects
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the property or retirement industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
