Job Description

Healthcare Telesales Specialist – Advanced Wound Care

They continually aim to work in partnership with healthcare professionals by providing solution led products to meet the clinical needs of patient centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a crucial role in bringing in access opportunities through engaging clinicians with their product portfolio.
  • Work to educate healthcare professionals with effective therapy area product positioning, validating and identifying opportunities to develop, meeting opportunities across all appropriate sectors in line with contact targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with field sales & marketing to understand products and be confident in positioning appropriately.
  • Engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to develop sales opportunities & appointments for our clinical / sales team follow up or to follow up personally with remote product demonstrations.
  • Administer sales lead processes through our CRM Salesforce.
  • Attend company training meetings to further develop personal knowledge and understanding.

Requirements:

  • Experienced telesales / sales account manager with lead to conversion success.
  • Demonstrable IT skills in Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
