Healthcare Sales Specialist - Advanced Wound Care

Pharmiweb is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Sales Specialist to join our team in Lancashire. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in bringing in access opportunities through engaging clinicians with our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular systematic coverage of all relevant customers within target areas.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to proactively create an opportunity pipeline converting leads into contacts, following up requests, and booking appointments.
  • Achieve contact activity goals and meet KPI targets.
  • Collaborate with field sales and marketing teams to understand products and be confident in positioning them appropriately.
  • Engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to develop sales opportunities and appointments for our clinical/sales team follow-up or to follow up personally with remote product demonstrations.
  • Administer sales lead processes through our CRM, recording activities, and managing lead allocation.
  • Attend company training meetings to further develop personal knowledge and understanding.
  • Deliver product presentations to specific customer groups supported by clinical evidence.

Person Specification:

  • Experienced telesales/sales account manager with lead-to-conversion success.
  • Demonstrable and significant recent sales track record with practical experience of overcoming and handling sales objections.
  • Experience meeting targets and KPIs.
  • High personal accountability and integrity.
  • Passion to make a difference in healthcare.
  • Able to work effectively with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent customer focus and service skills.
  • Demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Demonstrable IT skills in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
