About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at LGC Group. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the Life Sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on our products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and complete tender documents
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles within the Life Sciences industry
- Qualification in Life Sciences or an equivalent (scientific background preferred)
- Fluent written and spoken proficiency in both Italian and English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
