About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at LGC Group. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the Life Sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage and complete customer enquiries, quotations, and technical support requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and complete tender documents
  • Provide first-level technical support and escalate issues when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • Qualification in Life Sciences or an equivalent scientific background
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles within the Life Sciences industry
  • Fluent written and spoken proficiency in both Italian and English
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and digital literacy skills
  • Customer-focused, meticulous, and collaborative mindset
