We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Programme Sales Manager to lead our sales team and contribute to our ambitious growth strategy. As a world-class provider of Executive Education, we aim to double our revenue in the next three years, and this role will play a pivotal part in achieving this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment drive for SBS Online Executive Education Programmes by developing and overseeing integrated sales and marketing plans in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Manage and develop a team of Programme Consultants, ensuring sales targets are met and leads are prioritised effectively.
  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities and contribute to the long-term strategy and goal-setting for Programme Sales.
  • Analyse recruitment reports to identify trends and report findings to the Associate Director, Programme Sales.
Requirements:
  • A strong track record in a sales-focused, customer-facing role, with the ability to build and manage relationships with executives and key external stakeholders throughout the full sales cycle.
  • Experience managing teams in a consultative sales or business development environment, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills across various stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of sales and marketing, along with the ability to meet targets.
  • Experience in an EdTech representing Executive Education partners would be desirable.
