Bid Manager Role at Holt Executive

Holt Executive is partnering with a global leader in space sustainability to secure funding for business development initiatives. As a Bid Manager, you will develop bids and proposals to support commercial sales efforts. This role requires experience in bid management, preferably in the spacecraft sector or complex engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate bids from call opening to submission, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Control bid finances, working with the finance team and external partners.
  • Support account management efforts with UKSA and ESA.
  • Keep track of bid opportunities and make proposals.

Requirements:
  • Experience in bid management, preferably in the spacecraft sector or complex engineering services.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including projects, engineering, procurement, and finance.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
