Job Summary:
Membership Bespoke is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our membership organisation. As an Administrative Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services and providing exceptional customer service to our members and learners.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Quality Assurance Team, including processing learner registrations and certifications, inputting candidate details, and tracking exam results.
- Customer Service: Respond to email enquiries, assist with other administration and general office duties, and provide a high level of customer service to our members, learners, and other customers.
- Post Duties: Receive and send out post daily, and perform other post-related duties as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our objectives and enhance the membership and learner experience.
Essential Skills:
- Administrative Skills: Strong administration skills, including excellent attention to detail, and the ability to schedule and prioritize own work against set processes to meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including a polite and professional phone manner, and the ability to respond to email enquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, and experience of using iMIS and Quartz would be an advantage.
- Regulated Environment: Experience of working in a regulated setting and a flexible approach to taking on additional tasks.
