Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in companionship activities and coordinate outings for clients.
  • Assist with personal hygiene, maintain household cleanliness, and prepare meals.
  • Run errands such as grocery shopping and collecting prescriptions.
  • Support with medication administration and facilitate mobility within homes.
  • Manage household duties, encompassing cleaning and laundry tasks.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay rates: £13.00 per hour on weekdays, £15.00 per hour on weekends, and £17.00 per hour in the evenings.
  • Guaranteed income contract: steady income for a fixed number of hours each month.
  • Mileage compensation: 45p per mile.
  • Travel time paid.
  • Stable hours: full-time and part-time positions with guaranteed monthly pay.
  • Minimum 1-hour visits: ensuring quality time with clients.
  • Local shifts: reducing your travel distance, and we cover mileage.
  • Comprehensive training: great induction for new Care Assistants and ongoing support.
