In this role, you will work within our Supported Living Service, focusing on enhancing the quality of life for individuals by fostering their independence. No previous experience in Health or Social Care is necessary, as we provide thorough training to all new staff.

Key Responsibilities of Support Workers:

  • Assisting individuals during outings to community services (note: support at the community service is not required)
  • Accompanying clients to leisure activities such as dining out and attending sports events
  • Facilitating participation in religious gatherings
  • Supporting individuals with everyday tasks including budgeting, shopping, meal preparation, and personal hygiene to promote their autonomy
