Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Line Onsite Engineer to join our team at Franklin Fitch. This role offers a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 and requires full-time onsite presence in a dynamic environment.

Role Responsibilities

As a 2nd Line Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Engaging with clients to address their technical issues and ensuring a high level of service.
  • Taking ownership of support tickets and managing them through to resolution.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a 2nd Line Support role, particularly in client-facing environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication abilities to effectively manage client expectations.
  • A solid understanding of systems such as Windows, Office 365, and Citrix; familiarity with Intune is a plus.
