Job Title: Senior Application Support Engineer - Linux SQL Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team at Client Server. As a Senior Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our Linux and SQL-based applications. You will work closely with our development team to resolve complex technical issues and ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for Linux and SQL-based applications
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide 24/7 support as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Linux and SQL

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating system and SQL
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • BSc Computer Science degree or similar technical discipline
