Senior Application Support Engineer (Linux SQL) Opportunity

Market leading FinTech company, Client Server Ltd., is seeking a skilled Senior Application Support Engineer to join their small, collaborative team.

Your Role:

As a Senior Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for client support, gaining an in-depth understanding of the company's suite of products and owning the resolution of 2nd and 3rd line support issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients, resolving issues and improving product performance.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve client integration and product functionality.
  • Work closely with the support team to ensure seamless client experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Linux OS and networking technologies.
  • Ability to write SQL commands and script or code with any programming language.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent client and customer service skills.
  • BSc Computer Science degree or similar technical discipline.
