Financial Services Coordinator - Carousel Consultancy


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with exceptional organizational skills and a professional demeanor, ready to contribute to a thriving financial services environment.


As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality administrative support to our Employee Benefits clients, financial advisors, senior management, and the broader team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Services Coordinator, your primary duties will include:
  • Delivering comprehensive administrative support to Employee Benefits clients, financial advisors, senior management, and the wider team
  • Managing new and existing group risk and auto-enrollment processes while ensuring accurate reporting
  • Overseeing scheme maintenance tasks such as contribution uploads, renewals, joiners, and leavers
  • Assisting with monthly invoicing and financial reconciliations
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure personalized service delivery
  • Taking ownership of reporting and ad-hoc projects
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries
  • Preparing client reports and correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate data within business systems
What We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Prior experience in a finance-related administrative or coordination role
  • Experience in Group Schemes or Group Employee Benefits administration is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
  • A highly organized approach to work
  • A professional and confidential demeanor
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Good numerical abilities
  • A proactive team-oriented mindset
