We are thrilled to present an opportunity for a Financial Operations Coordinator to manage various responsibilities related to financial processing. This position comes with the potential for personal growth, including support for AAT course enrollment.
This role is situated at our head office. We provide a fixed-term contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, requiring a minimum of two days in the office, which features excellent amenities, including free onsite parking.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily and weekly reconciliations
- Process trading statements for both group and franchise
- Scan, process, and categorize invoices
- Address and resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders via the group accounts email
- Distribute financial documents, including cheque books and vouchers, as well as manage daily correspondence
- Assist the broader finance processing team with various tasks as needed
Essential Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in computer use, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills across all levels, both verbally and in writing
- Able to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in high-volume processing is a plus
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Willingness to pursue further education and qualifications (AAT Accounting, Level 2)
