Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on security solutions and services.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across our range of services, including:
    • Man Guarding
    • Intruder Alarms
    • Alarm Receiving
    • CCTV Monitoring
    • Key Holding
    • Maintenance
    • Fire and Security
    • Testing & Inspection

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the security industry, with a strong understanding of security solutions and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with a track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

Remuneration and Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: £30-£40k (dependent on experience)
  • Uncapped OTE (On-Target Earnings)
