The Role: Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of residents in our Extra Care block of flats in Carlisle. You will work closely with individuals to promote independence, encourage personal growth, and create a supportive and inclusive environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, cooking, medication management, and budgeting.
  • Plan and facilitate engaging activities both within the residence and in the community.
  • Support residents in developing their skills and pursuing their interests.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care and support.
