Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and flexible individuals to provide relief support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs in our 24-hour supported living services.

About the Role: As a relief support worker, you will provide positive support to individuals to enable them to participate in community activities, develop personal support plans, and achieve greater independence and self-esteem. You will work closely with statutory, voluntary agencies, and advocates/family members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs
  • Develop and implement personal support plans to address individual needs and goals
  • Work collaboratively with statutory, voluntary agencies, and advocates/family members to ensure comprehensive support
  • Support individuals to participate in community activities and develop domestic, financial, and emotional management skills
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

Requirements: We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, have a positive outlook, and are able to engage and motivate individuals to participate in a range of activities. Prior support-related experience is essential, and you must be able to work flexible shifts on a relief basis.
