Our client, a prominent player in the technology sector focusing on the film and television industry, is on the lookout for a skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to work from home with just one day a week in the office, tailored to your preference.

In this position, you will take charge of designing and implementing user interface components while collaborating closely with both front-end and back-end development teams to ensure a seamless user experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and guide the direction of various impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement user interface components utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Work in close collaboration with front-end and back-end teams to deliver a cohesive user experience.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, aiding in their professional development.
  • Lead the direction of multiple high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality by adhering to best practices and design patterns.
  • Engage in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to uphold coding standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to introduce innovative solutions.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary ranging from £75,000 to £85,000, commensurate with experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in JavaScript development for frontend applications.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Strong skills in TypeScript, ensuring type-safe and maintainable code.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Experience with Monorepo setups is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end development lifecycle from design to deployment.
