Lead Manufacturing Engineer

Are you an innovative thinker with a strong background in engineering? We present a unique opportunity that integrates Manufacturing, Product Development, and Customer Support within a prominent engineering and manufacturing firm that specializes in high-value, custom-designed machinery and equipment for engineering sectors.

As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will be instrumental in providing engineering support for our advanced low force dynamic product line, which includes both servo hydraulic and ElectroPuls machines along with their accessories.

Your Responsibilities as a Lead Manufacturing Engineer:

  • Tackle product challenges on production lines, promote product enhancements, and engage in value engineering and process optimization.
  • Deliver comprehensive engineering assistance to our Customer Experience team, investigating and resolving specific client concerns.
  • Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure the smooth integration of new products into the manufacturing process.

Key Duties & Responsibilities of a Lead Manufacturing Engineer:

  • Advance current product engineering initiatives.
  • Refine manufacturing processes and methodologies through value engineering.
  • Provide technical guidance to Operational and Service Support Engineers.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our standard product offerings.
  • Support concurrent product processes across the Low Force product line.
  • Utilize root cause analysis to address and resolve issues.
  • Contribute design knowledge to facilitate efficient manufacturing of new products.
  • Innovate solutions for manufacturing and field-related challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
