Are you a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer looking for a new challenge in the automotive lighting industry? We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Engineer - Industrialisation to join our dynamic team at Jonathan Lee Recruitment Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously review and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, delivery, and quality standards.
  • Manage process documentation, including PFMEA and Control Plans, ensuring adherence to company's high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineering in defect investigation and root cause resolution to maintain product excellence.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) teams across all manufacturing aspects, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Support and lead pre-series builds and manufacturing activities until project closure, ensuring seamless transition from design to production.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an assembly engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in manufacturing method improvements and assembly processes.
  • A strong foundation in Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental policies.
