Manufacturing Automation Specialist

As a Manufacturing Automation Specialist at Copello, you will be responsible for developing and designing automation solutions for the production, test, and assembly of aerospace components and structures. This role requires a strong understanding of robotics, automation systems, and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance product quality.
* Identify areas for automation within manufacturing processes and develop strategies for implementation.
* Collaborate with the NPI team to design for automation and optimize manufacturing processes.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in robotics, automation systems, and manufacturing processes.
* Advanced knowledge of robot programming languages, such as RAPID.
* Experience with C++ programming language.
* Strong problem-solving and creativity skills.
Desired Qualifications
* Experience working with Solidworks, TIA Portal, and Robot Studio.
* Robot programming language, such as RAPID.
* PLC programming certified.
