Position Title:
Systems Engineering Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Compliance and Continuous Improvement:
Uphold project and regulatory standards while driving enhancements in the systems design function within the organization.
Enhance systems engineering methodologies, tools, and capabilities to support ongoing and future initiatives.

Address Complex Engineering Challenges:
Formulate technical solutions to intricate engineering problems, adhering to Systems Engineering methodologies to meet client specifications.

Generate Systems Engineering Documentation:
Create essential documentation throughout the product development lifecycle to guarantee successful project results.

Deliver Exceptional Quality:
Supervise the design, development, and delivery of Systems Engineering documentation for various projects to ensure high-quality outputs.

Collaborate Across Teams:
Partner closely with system, hardware, and software teams to ensure consistency, modularity, reusability, and technical excellence.
Organize, coordinate, and present at internal and external design reviews for senior leadership and clients, ensuring favorable outcomes.

Balance Requirements, Timelines, and Costs:
Lead project components to achieve an optimal balance between requirements, timelines, and costs.
Engage with clients and external partners to ensure adherence to established processes and the fulfillment of project goals.
Draft and evaluate technical proposals, providing precise estimates for effort, costs, and risks to secure project approvals.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in applying Systems Engineering principles to complex engineering projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
Proficient in developing high-quality requirements and establishing a fully compliant systems design.
Expertise in crafting and formally reviewing high-quality technical documentation.
Familiarity with JAMA and experience in hardware, software, or firmware development, particularly in embedded systems.
A degree in an engineering, mathematical, or science-related field or equivalent experience.
