Administrative Operations Associate

The role involves managing various administrative tasks essential for the smooth operation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Statements and Wake Up Packs – comprehensive training will be provided.
- Handling valuation inquiries with appropriate training.
- Collecting necessary information from Investment Managers through various communication methods.
- Generating and distributing pension payslips and bank statements.
- Digitizing documents through scanning and uploading processes.
- Processing banking transactions for cheques.
- Completing and dispatching transfer in discharge forms via secure postal services.
- Coordinating with other Pension companies for transfer updates through communication channels.
- Organizing and indexing scanned correspondence.
- Performing additional clerical tasks as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to motivate oneself.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to meet tight deadlines effectively.
