Role Overview

As a Technical Event Manager, you will collaborate closely with account directors to devise comprehensive event solutions for a diverse range of projects. Your responsibilities will encompass key creative, technical, and logistical aspects of event production.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client engagement and communication
  • Participation in initial creative briefings
  • Development of technical specifications
  • Selection and management of suppliers
  • Conducting site visits
  • Comprehensive pre-production planning
  • Management of budgets
  • On-site event management

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience in a production agency or AV company. Experience with both live and virtual events is highly advantageous.

It is essential to manage a wide array of events from conception to execution while effectively handling budgets and adhering to tight deadlines.
