With a robust portfolio of global clients spanning the media, publishing, and financial sectors, they are experiencing significant growth and are seeking a skilled and technically proficient Event Manager to join their team.
Role Overview
In collaboration with account directors, you will be tasked with providing comprehensive event solutions across a diverse range of projects. Your responsibilities will encompass key creative, technical, and logistical aspects of event production.
Main Responsibilities
- Client engagement and communication
- Participation in initial creative briefings
- Development of technical specifications
- Selection and management of suppliers
- Conducting site visits
- Overseeing all pre-production planning
- Managing budgets effectively
- On-site event management
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in a production agency or AV company. Familiarity with both live and virtual events is highly advantageous.
It is essential to demonstrate the ability to manage a wide array of events from conception to execution, as well as effectively handle budgets and adhere to strict timelines.
