Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AV Event Production Specialist to join our team at TeamPeople. As a key member of our Production team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end event production, including technical coordination, presentation setup and support, broadcast services, streaming, and event management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Production: Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for events, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment.
  • Broadcast Services: Mix live streams and broadcasts to a high standard, ensuring excellent audio and video quality.
  • Event Management: Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand event requirements, develop event plans, and ensure successful event execution.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly maintain and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues during events, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Pro Tools, audio level routing, embedding, and shuffling, as well as experience with Ross Carbonite, Barco switching, Sony RCP 1500, and ETC Ion lighting desk.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Event Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional technical live event production experience, with a strong understanding of event formats, including Q&A, training events, town hall meetings, etc.
