**Location:** Remote (with occasional travel)

**Salary:** Up to £60,000

Tec Partners - Technical Recruitment Specialists is a leading provider of technical recruitment services. Our client is a pioneering company in the field of immersive tech experiences, renowned for their innovative Tech Rally Program.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Marketing and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Tech Rally Residency and Tech Rally Mobile programs in EMEA, ensuring seamless event execution and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Manage client appointments, communicate effectively, and deliver outstanding service.
  • Event Management: Oversee event logistics, setup, and breakdown, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and staff.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle recordkeeping, inventory management, budgeting, and system updates with precision.
  • Tech Support: Manage technical systems, troubleshoot issues, and train staff to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on event outcomes and customer feedback, providing valuable insights for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing, events, PR, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in event planning or experiential marketing.
  • Strong communication skills and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to travel (up to 25%) and work independently.

Language Skills: Proficiency in French or German is a significant advantage in this role, given the focus on EMEA operations.
