We are seeking a dynamic Event Marketing Coordinator to join our team at TEC Partners - Technical Recruitment Specialists. As a leading technical recruitment specialist, we are at the forefront of creating immersive tech experiences through our Tech Rally (TR) Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of our Tech Rally Residency (TRR) and Tech Rally Mobile (TRM) in EMEA, ensuring seamless event execution and top-notch customer service.
  • Oversee event logistics, setup, and breakdown, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients and their customers.
  • Handle recordkeeping, inventory, budgets, and system updates, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Generate reports on event outcomes and customer feedback, providing valuable insights for future events.

Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing, events, PR, or equivalent experience.
  • ~3+ years in event planning or experiential marketing.
  • ~ Ability to travel (25%) and work independently.
  • Ability to speak French or German would be a huge bonus.
